1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering for online classes at Harf Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access our website or services.
2. Registration & Free Trial
To register for a free trial class, you must submit valid contact information (name, email, and phone/WhatsApp number). Each student is eligible for one (1) free trial class. There are no credit card details or long-term commitments required to register.
3. Lesson Scheduling & Attendance
We offer flexible 24/7 scheduling. Lessons must be scheduled in advance with your assigned tutor. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must notify your assigned tutor or our support staff at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
4. Code of Conduct
Harf Academy expects all students, parents, and certified tutors to behave in a respectful, polite, and professional manner. Any forms of harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior during online classes will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
